Note of Thanks

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made the third issue of the Europa-Universität Flensburg’s Literary Journal, Literasea, possible. This edition takes on the theme Multilingual, focused on displaying works that transcend linguistic boundaries andfoster unique collaboration in our unending commitment to sharing our university community’s creativity in literary expression.

A special thanks goes to Sibylle Machat, who launched this project and continues to enrich it with her vision and dedication. We would also like to thank Liv Hambrett for her essential role in leading the creative writing workshop, which has been a vital partner alongside the Editing & Publishing Project.

We are grateful to the AStA of the Europa-Universität Flensburg for their financial and infrastructural support and to the Studierendenparlament for supporting our mission and championing our cause.

We thank all the authors and artists whose contributions fill this issue with life, and everyone who submitted cover designs. A special acknowledgment goes to Rue Gürcan, whose artwork is featured on the cover of this issue. We are excited to be able to share their piece as a representation of all the works which complete our third issue: Multilingual.

Thank you all for your invaluable contributions to this journal.
